Science and Technology Park of Montenegro / Ing invest
The building of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, with its appearance and design, fits into the surrounding ambience of the University Campus and is a reflection of modern architecture, designed to attract, motivate and retain its visitors. The existing facility has been adapted and adapted to the needs of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro, which is an important part of the entire state structure for the development of innovative and technological companies that have high growth and development potential, and export potential. The complete facility is conceptually designed to offer quality and comfortable space with the most modern infrastructure and a stimulating atmosphere.
The rooms inside the building are solved with a modular system, which with its flexibility allows easy adaptation to spaces of different functions and purposes, depending on future users of the space. In the situation, it is surrounded by pedestrian and car roads. Road ramps on the west and east sides lead to the garage in the basement, which provides 120 seats for the needs of this facility.
Modern technologies
With the installation of chargers for electric cars in the underground garage, the Science and Technology Park will be a unique place for the promotion of environmental protection and the application of modern technologies in everyday life. The planned photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the building will represent the latest technology in the production of electricity from solar panels, which will achieve an enviable percentage in covering the total electricity consumption of this modern building.
Architectural design
The architecture of the building is designed to reflect the time of creation of the building and modern trends in terms of design and sustainable development, efficient use of energy, following the concept of smart buildings through the installation of modern materials, to make the building attractive to visitors and users. The solution was made in accordance with the ambience, not disrupting the structure and shape of the University complex, but by refining the facade of the building in relation to the previous project, in terms of setting more modern materials. With ambient facade lighting, the visual identity and recognizability of the building will be completed, making it one of the signs of recognizability not only of the Capital, but also of the whole of Montenegro.
The Science and Technology Park is building an ambitious vision of the future of Montenegro for the benefit of all its citizens.
