Hotel Breza
The hotel-type tourist and hospitality facility is located in the Breza settlement in Kolašin, between Tara and Bašanje brdo. The terrain has differences in leveling, so the building is formed following these changes, so that the underground floor is formed as a plane on which the above-ground part lies. In this way, the construction was simplified because the building is built on a flat surface, which is imperceptible due to its clever relationship with the terrain. The architecture itself is reduced through a simple matrix on the facade that is stretched by the dynamics of the sloping roof. The roof is, again, an interpretation of mountain peaks.
Apart from the necessary traffic routes, the ground floor is left to nature and greenery, and all contacts with them are solved with natural stone.
