Collective residential building F
The concept of the building consists of two L-shaped forms, in which one leg is cascaded out of the full mass, thus opening the atrium in the core of the complex. The atrium is the central point of the complex and was carefully designed on a natural terrain with rich high and low greenery, considering that the garage in 2 levels below the ground, covered only the surface under the building. Free orientation on all 4 sides, large facade openings, greenery on the facade of the building, and private intimate courtyards of the apartments on the ground floor promote design tailored to people. The earthy colors of the facade in a combination of plaster and brick, with a view of the Gorica hill and the surrounding parks, will evoke a feeling of peace and rest.
